History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Randal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Randal alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Banker. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Conrad enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Conrad was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Conrad fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.
