History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortbow.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: An older man who wears a blue cloak and cross-gartered grey stockings, he is not a threatening figure. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. His green eyes peer out from beneath his top blue hat.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Roland was born with his father's beautiful face. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to end his boredom
