History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a worn and beaten armor. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Manfred's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in the west to a Spice Merchant, Manfred learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Spice Merchant for hire.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'9" when asserting himself. His white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He has violet eyes.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Kody took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up mace and armor he uses now. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Description: A 6'2" eastern man, he wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with yellow colored cloaks and clothing. He has dyed his greying black hair a little too much giving a sharp black color. His amber eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Soapmaker who has hired him part-time. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, John was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. After a long history of fighting, John and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Soapmaker and was forced into it by his family.

His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His brown hair is knotted and matted. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Stylist work with an outfit from a few towns over. Stylist work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Stylist.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and further expansion of business
