History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. A gifted student he started as a Roofer, but he got bored and became a Unemployed. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.

Personality: Jocelyn wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Jocelyn enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Gifted from a young age, Jocelyn studied abroad. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Interpreter for hire.
