Description: He wears a tattered pair of loose blue pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs, and he perpetually has his greataxe ready. His hair is black and curly. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jocelyn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Jocelyn. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
