Personality: Shane wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Ruler born in the past three hundred years. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Gerald hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He tends to his Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and expand his business

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He tends to his Mercenary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Human compassion; and to be a healer again

He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Marshal arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
