Percival Clifton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a worn and beaten armor. His golden hair, when down, is lengthy. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.
History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Percival never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is content

Alex Cornish, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His black hair is greasy and uncared for. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Bernard Carlisle, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears tan trousers with grey and pastel striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His hair is black and very short. His skin is flawless and his violet eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Bernard was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Bernard decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
Flaws: Mundane, Fearful. Bonds: Attractive, Poor, Criminal record. Occupation: Mason

Peter Watson, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it. He has a long brown beard with little hanging trinkets. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his small tan hat.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 15. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Trym was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared.
