History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Godfrey liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well.
