Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Patrick was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with top hat. With bright silver hair and a scraggly beard. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.

History: Rolf was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sellsword.

Motivation: Expand his business.

Description: This dark-skinned male wears blue robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a rapier, but if one is not available he will default to his hand crossbow. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His hair is golden and very short. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his green eyes.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He prefers to wear yellow pants and tee shirts. He wears a deerstalker hat to cover his moderate length auburn hair. His green eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rolf fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is greedy

Description: This man stands a little under 6'3" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears suspenders and white workpants. His shirt is grey, and he wears a heavy white leather apron most of the time. His brown hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, William is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: William lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
