Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright violet and tan, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has shaved his head bald. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Roland lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Roland's homeland. Roland decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
