Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears a brown vest and prefers white and red shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His white hair is unkempt and raggedy. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Conrad was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Conrad decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is a great chef.

History: Adelard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature spear.

Personality: Roland wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. A gifted student he started as a Mortician, but he got bored and became a Shipwright. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Anselm lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bookbinder and was forced into it by his family; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
