Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Courier arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: A 5'10" northern man, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His blonde hair is long and unkept. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He has all his life been fascinated with singing.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: This tall, slender man prefers to wear flannel. His black hair is singed and shortened. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. A true patriot, Robert would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Tanner. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Voice: Spits words with contempt

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a club on his belt. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has a dull look in his green eyes.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Alexandre fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: A middle-aged man, he is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest, and is pretty ugly. His long auburn hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. The war was a terrible time for him, and Lance does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Lance alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and he is content
