Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Kody was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and he is greedy

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. The war was a terrible time for him, and Randal does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and to pay off his debts
