He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Adam was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Adam's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Adam and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and to unite with his brother

Description: This man wears a green shirt, with a yellow mid length shorts with yellow tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His auburn hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. This blue eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull black iron scale mail. He has a long brown beard with little hanging trinkets. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: He is a Maurezhi in disguise. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
