History: Balimaar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Born in the north to a Layabout, Balimaar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Thomas liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Hugh never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
