He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length white hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. Theobald was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Theobald decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
