History: The child of a Seamstress, who enjoyed hunting, Roland was taken on many hunting expeditions. He worked as a nervous Dilettante and found it very stressful. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roland fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Justin grew up listening to his father's many stories. He married young, but lost his spouse to gnolls. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
