History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. After months of barely getting by, Godfrey managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
