Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Charles liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week.
