History: He comes from a rich northern family. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Trey alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: The child of a Ruler, who enjoyed hunting, Heward was taken on many hunting expeditions. Heward was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Heward decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids.
