Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Slave Trader but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. After a long history of fighting, Hugh and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Simon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Alex is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
