History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Godfrey hails from a village terrorized by illithids. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Description: He wears a blue feathered hat and blue clothes. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His hair is white and very short. His gray eyes dart from person to person.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Bather arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: This eastern man wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has done his best to style his black hair to look like a famous performer. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He wears bulky tan painted plate armor. His brown hair is heavily combed to the left. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Diggory will drive conversation. Diggory is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.
