History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sage work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sage work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sage for the past few years.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. With bright red hair and a scraggly beard. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Lance was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Through the years after Thomas was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Thomas's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was born in the east. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has worked as a Mayor like his father before him.
