History: Jocelyn was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Jocelyn alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: He is a Yochlol in disguise. He married young, but lost his spouse to dire rats. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
