History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Through the years after Randal was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Randal's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Charles has worked very hard to control his curse. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
