History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Nicholas was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
