History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hubert grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hubert. After a long history of fighting, Hubert and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
