History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Don was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Don's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
