History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Conrad enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. At a young age his father died while driving off some orcs. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in shield use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Conrad was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: He wants revenge against orcs.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

History: Born in the west to a Mayor, Roland learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. After coming to the age of reason, Roland took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mason hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants a kiss
