When his father died while fighting illithids, the young Bertram began to lead the lost caravan. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Clerebold was born with his father's beautiful face. His first spouse was a Jeweler, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. He has blue eyes.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Raymond enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Raymond lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to unite with his brother

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gerard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
