History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Bertram was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a tan vest and prefers black and grey shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, and is pretty ugly. With bright golden hair and a scraggly beard. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his feathered tan hat.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He wears silk and lounges about seductively. He is an epitome of beauty. His blonde hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Justin grew up listening to his father's many stories. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Gerald was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has achieved small success as a Fisher.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and human compassion
