History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hubert grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hubert. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.

History: Gifted from a young age, John studied abroad. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: Reynard was born the youngest of three triplets. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He became a Marshal soon after.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. A gifted student he started as a Layabout, but he got bored and became a Guard. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
