History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. After coming to the age of reason, Bernard took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a white tunic with violet highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around his shoes. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Roger lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Roger grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Roger. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
