Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His red hair is singed and shortened. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Bertram hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Bertram reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He bought a shortbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
