History: Gilbert was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: He got into the Dyer business at a young age. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Dyer.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and to be a servant again

His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Roland wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to be a crown-heir again
