History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Roger was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He bought a rapier and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
