He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized sapphire on his left hand. His hair is long and black with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Herbalist who has hired him part-time. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born in the north to a Herbalist, Roger learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Seamstress, but he got bored and became a Herbalist. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

He wears long strands of ruby and short blue dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He wears his red hair up in a very large beehive style do. His skin is flawless and his gray eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Now he works as a music tutor during his time off.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Hugh lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.
