History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, William has worked very hard to control his curse. He tends to his Priest job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
