Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Bertram was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
