Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His head has been shaved. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson black hat.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: Raymond was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Description: An older man who wears a worn and beaten armor, he is not a threatening figure. He has styled his white hair well, parting it to the left. His green eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and expand his business

Description: He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing grey cape and mantle trimmed with soft tan waves gently in the breeze. He is physically well-built. He has a auburn handlebar mustache and slicked back auburn hair. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Cartwright business.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. After a long history of fighting, Arnold and his spouse have recently divorced.

He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly daggers and hammers. His red hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.
