Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. The war was a terrible time for him, and Jocelyn does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His first spouse was a Performer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
