Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Carpenter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Manfred was a troubled youth.
