Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His red hair is smooth and relatively long. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Many drow want him driven away; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He is bald on top and has large chestnut tufts of hair around his ears. He has several tiny amethyst earrings on each ear.
Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bernard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bernard. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
