History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Lance liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Dilettante profession.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sellsword for the past few years.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

History: Hunter lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.
