Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His blonde hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sailor. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a pastel armored body suit, with a simple green line shooting up and back down. His golden hair is thinning but still full. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. Don enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Don fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and doesn't want to be a shipwright and was forced into it by his family

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'7" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Map Maker arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His golden hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. His half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.
History: He got into the Fisher business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has never given up on his painting dream.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fisher responsibilities is difficult.
