Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears a tan costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso. He has a white handlebar mustache and slicked back white hair. His eyes are likewise amber.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Jocelyn was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
Motivation: Revenge; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Description: A 6'5" southern man, he wears a white vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His grey leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his white boots flare out at the collars. His red hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His eyes are green and catlike.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Servant but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: He was born in a small desert village. Hugh liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: Simon was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Being a Dilettante kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He is content; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He has done his best to style his red hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are gray.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered drow who tried to eat his hand. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length chestnut hair. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: Ernest speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and wants to work out more often
