History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, William was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: The child of a Slave Trader, who enjoyed hunting, Anthony was taken on many hunting expeditions. His first spouse was a Slave Trader, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and to reunite with his absent mother

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He sports black clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He sports a long golden beard, and similarly colored long hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Odo was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and many gnolls want him driven away

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Rolf was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Through the years after Rolf was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Rolf's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He tends to his Marshal job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and someone believes him a fraud
