History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Carter responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. The war was a terrible time for him, and Everard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Everard was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he wears dark leathers with embroidery. His blonde hair is smooth and relatively long. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker green hat.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Rolf enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Rolf hails from a village terrorized by drow. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow.

History: Heward was born with his father's beautiful face. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
