Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Navigator who has hired him part-time. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Being a Navigator kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he has a crush on the local map maker

History: Gifted from a young age, Hubert studied abroad. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Butcher for hire.
