History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Actor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He tends to his Actor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Manfred fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Outside of the suit he wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.

Personality: Jocelyn wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Miller arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner.
